Fan

PARSPION - Fan
Industrial fans and blowers are machines whose primary function is to provide and accommodate a large flow of air or gas to various parts of a building or other structures. This is achieved by rotating a number of blades, connected to a hub and shaft, and driven by a motor or turbine.
Fans are divided into two models depending on the air flow direction: axial and centrifugal. The fans used in industrial filters are centrifugal.
Important parameters in fan selection are:
- Capacity
- Pressure
- Power
- Inlet gas density
Fan accessories usually include bearings, impellers, bodies, electric motors, instrumentation, couplings, shafts, dampers, expansion joints, belts, etc.
The connection type between the fan and the electric motor can be in three forms:
- Direct coupling
- Direct Drive
- V-Belt
